Terms of Service

The agreement
These terms apply when you use LeverageHer MD AI. If you use it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
This is not legal advice, and we are not your lawyer
LeverageHer MD AI provides negotiation information and contract literacy support. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Contract enforceability varies significantly by state. Consult a licensed attorney before signing.
That sentence is the most important one on this page, so here is what it means in practice. What the product produces is information and drafting help — a reading of what a clause does, what is unusual about it, and language you might use. It is not an opinion about your situation, it does not account for your state's law or your specific facts, and it can be wrong. The decision to sign, to push back, or to walk away is yours, and for a contract that will govern years of your working life it is worth an attorney's time.
Your account
- You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Your account is yours. Do not share your login.
- Keep your email address current — it is how we reach you about the account.
- Tell us promptly at support@leveragehermd.com if you think someone else has got into it.
What you upload
Your documents stay yours. Uploading them gives us permission to do the one thing you uploaded them for — store them, read them, and generate analysis and drafts from them — and nothing else. We do not use your contracts to train models, and we do not show them or their contents to employers, recruiters or staffing firms.
Upload only documents you are allowed to upload, and do not put patient information into this product.
What the product generates for you is yours to use. Send the draft, edit it, or ignore it.
Fair use of the service
Please do not:
- Try to break into other accounts, or to read data that is not yours.
- Automate against the service beyond normal personal use, or work around rate limits.
- Resell access, or run someone else's contract review business through one account.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share with us.
We may suspend an account that is doing these things. Where the situation allows it, we will say why first.
Paying
The service is currently free to the physicians using it. If we introduce charges, we will show the price and the billing terms before anything is charged, and existing account holders will be told in advance rather than discovering it on a statement.
Availability
We aim for the service to be there when you need it, and we do not promise that it always will be. It may be down for maintenance, and features may change. If we are going to discontinue the service, we will give account holders notice and a way to take their documents with them.
Where our responsibility ends
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that its analysis is complete or correct for your circumstances, and we are not liable for the outcome of a contract you signed, declined or renegotiated — that decision is yours, and it is why the section above asks you to involve an attorney.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent it can be, our total liability is capped at what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and its documents — the privacy page explains how. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
Changes to these terms
We will tell account holders before a change that materially affects them takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means the new terms apply.
